Founded by Joel Morales, Modern Moments was built around a simple belief: the best events aren’t just attended. They’re experienced. From sophisticated photo and video experiences to corporate events, brand activations, weddings, and custom interactive installations, we combine thoughtful design, modern technology, and personalized service to create experiences people genuinely want to engage with, capture, and share.

Planning an event should feel effortless. Here are a few answers to help you feel confident before bringing Modern Moments to your celebration.
Modern Moments Studios provides experiences for corporate events, weddings, conferences, trade shows, brand activations, product launches, sporting events, galas, private celebrations and other special events.
We are based in Orlando and serve Central Florida, with statewide, regional and nationwide activations available depending on the project.
We recommend reserving your date as early as possible, particularly for weekends and peak event seasons. Corporate and custom activations may require additional creative development and production time.
A signed agreement and 50% retainer are required to secure your event date.
The remaining event balance is due two days before the event unless otherwise specified in your agreement.
Yes. Standard setup and breakdown are included with our staffed experiences. Complex installations and custom activations may require additional production or installation time.
Most staffed photo experiences include unlimited sessions during the contracted activation period.
Absolutely. Depending on your experience, we can customize photo templates, overlays, welcome screens, backdrops, galleries, AI concepts, props, signage and numerous other elements.
Yes. Our full-service experiences include trained professional attendants to manage the activation and assist guests.
Yes. Print options are available with select experiences and can include custom-designed layouts and branded artwork.
Yes. Depending on the experience and venue connectivity, guests may receive their content through options such as text, email, QR code or a digital gallery.
Yes. Corporate and brand activations are one of our specialties. We can incorporate logos, campaign graphics, calls to action, branded galleries, data capture and customized elements throughout the guest experience.
Yes. For applicable corporate activations, we can integrate customizable data-capture forms, surveys and opt-in experiences. Data collection can be configured around the client’s campaign objectives and requirements.
Yes. If a concept doesn’t fit one of our standard experiences, we can work with the client to develop something specifically for their event or campaign using photography, video, AI, interactive technology, scenic design and other experiential elements.
Yes. Modern Moments Studios is Orlando-based, but select corporate, agency and brand-activation projects can be produced throughout Florida and nationwide.
Many of our experiences can continue capturing content without venue Wi-Fi. Certain sharing, AI and interactive features require internet connectivity, so connectivity requirements are reviewed during event planning.
